A pinion gear 7 is rotatably mounted to an upper frame 3. A sector gear 8 connected to the upper end of a rear-side link 5b and having a plurality of tooth parts 7a meshing with the pinion gear 7 arranged on an outer periphery in parallel with one another in an arc-like shape is rotatably mounted to the upper frame 3. A front-side link 5a and the rear-side link 5b synchronously rotate in a vehicle front-back direction by being operatively connected with the rotation of the sector gear 8 with the rotation of the pinion gear 7, and the upper frame 3 vertically moves while moving in the vehicle front-back direction with respect to a lower frame 4. Backlash s between respective tooth parts 8a, 7a of the sector gear 8 and the pinion gear 7 meshing with each other is set to be gradually decreased with the descent of the upper frame 3.
