Abstract:
To provide a travel control device for reducing a frequency of accelerator operation for compensating for acceleration.
This travel control device restrains the frequency of the accelerator operation by a driver performed for avoiding the approach of a rear car by automatically adjusting the relative approach from the rear car so as to avoid the sudden approach of the rear car when accelerating one's own car in the existence of the rear car state by changing to an acceleration value higher than the preset acceleration value when detecting a car approaching from the rear of one's own car upon commanding acceleration of one's own car.
