Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the subject cart keeping the uniformity of ventilation for the whole eggs during tilting a frame, which is constituted lest the alternate tilting of a frame divides an egg hatching column and generates an empty path harmful for the ventilation for the whole eggs between adjacent columns. CONSTITUTION: The totally four hatching carts 10 of a type shown in figure are installed by arranging respectively two on both sides of ventilators. The device 2 symmetrically sucks air on both sides of a turbine 4 and sends out it in a radial direction. Two carts 10 on the same sides of the device 2 are arranged by facing each other, namely symmetrically with respect to the axis 5 of the turbine, so that the vertical member 22' of each are close to each other. By this constitution, the gathering of the whole eggs 12 to hatch is always executed in the direction of the axis 5 and the simultaneous operation of each pair of movable vertical members 22 of a cart 14 are alternately operated by relative approach and separation. Then an air flow flux generated by negative pressure is made to flow perfectly uniformly within the whole eggs in order that the whole eggs to hatch is not divided into separated columns as against preceding technique but gathered to form a vacuum path between the columns.
