To provide a ventilating and heating type bathroom in which unbalance of room temperature between a bathroom and a dressing room is lessened and heating is performed to make the temperature in the bathroom uniform in the vertical direction.

A ventilating and heating type bathroom 1 is so constructed that a suction port 8 is disposed in a ceiling 7, the wall surface is provided with a radiating member 4 for emitting hot air from the upper end from the lower end through a ventilating hole, a floor member 6 having an opening part for collecting washing water and emitting the supplied hot air is disposed in the floor surface, and there is provided a drying and heating device for drying the air sucked from the suction port 8 to cause a rise in temperature and supplying the same to the radiating member 4 and the floor member 6. Further, the wall surface of a dressing room is provided with a radiating member for emitting hot air from the upper end from the lower end through a ventilating hole, thereby supplying air which is dried to cause a rise in temperature.
