Abstract:
To provide a ventilating system for avoiding the excessive water scattering amount of a scrubber relative to the amount of oil mist generated from a kitchen space.
Temperature sensors (5a, 5b) are provided in cooking devices (2a, 2b) in the kitchen space (1), respectively. When the cooking devices (2a, 2b) are in operated states, the water scattering amount of the scrubber (40) is increased in accordance with values detected by the temperature sensors (5a, 5b). On the other hand, when the cooking devices (2a, 2b) are in stopped states, the water scattering amount of the scrubber (40) is reduced in accordance with the values detected by the temperature sensors (5a, 5b).
