In a body unit 8 disposed under the roof of a bathroom, provided with a compressor 1, a first heat exchanger 2 and a second heat exchanger 3 successively connected, and further provided with a refrigerating cycle disposed in a box-shaped shell, and an air blower unit 5, as a front panel 17 having a panel suction opening 14 for sucking the air in the bathroom from a side outer periphery is disposed at a lower part of the body unit 8, it becomes unnecessary to form a suction opening on the front panel 17 itself, and the external design is not degraded, and further as it is unnecessary to mount an outer periphery of the front panel 17 and a ceiling in a closely contact state in installation, this ventilation air conditioning device can be easily constructed.
