In the ventilation device, a main body intake port 3 for sucking the outside air is provided on one side surface of a box shaped main body frame 2, an intake fan 4, a motor 5, and an intake fan casing 6 are provided inside the main body frame 2, a main body cover 9 is attached on an aperture part of the main body frame 2, and a duct for blowing the air from the main body cover 9 through the intake fan casing 6 from the main body intake port 3 is constituted. A fitting means with the intake fan casing 6 and the main body frame 2 is provided on the main body cover 9, the intake fan casing 6 is integrally formed by a casing part 22 and a chamber part 23 abutting with the main body intake port 3 and forming the intake duct to the casing part 22, and the fitting means with the main body frame 2 and the chamber part 23 is provided.
