Abstract:
To provide a ventilation device in which fire-proof material bonded on an upper wall surface of a ventilation passage is prevented from peeling off.SOLUTION: A ventilation device 2 includes: a slender device body 10 having a ventilation passage 14; an operation plate 20 extending in a longitudinal direction of the device body 10 and disposed in the ventilation passage 14 to open/close the ventilation passage 14; and an opening/closing mechanism 30 opening/closing the operation plate 20. A nonflammable fire-proof material 50 extending in a longitudinal direction of the device body 10 is bonded to an upper wall surface 14a of the ventilation passage 14. The fire-proof material 50 is foamed at an abnormally high temperature in the case of fire and blocks the ventilation passage 14. Machine screw receiving members 60 are fixed to both end parts in a longitudinal direction of the device body 10. The machine screw receiving members 60 play the roll of receiving machine screws 72 for fixing longitudinal frames 3 of a sash door to both ends of the ventilation device 2, and a roll as a support member for pressing both end parts of the fire-proof material 50 from below toward the upper wall surface 14a of the ventilation passage 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
