To provide ventilation structure of a solar power generation panel setting roof capable of reducing an indoor temperature by controlling the transfer of heat occurring in a solar power generation panel to the inside of a room through a roof and, at the same time, reducing temperature of the same solar power generation panel by cooling the same solar power generation panel.
An air duct 4 connected to the outside is provided between a roof 2 and a solar power generation panel 3 set on the roof 2, and an opening section 23 connected to the air duct 4 from the inside of the same roof 2 is provided to the roof 2. Then, a temperature of the inside of the room (loft R) and a temperature of the solar power generation panel 3 are reduced by air passing through the air duct 4. A temperature in the room R can be lowered by air supplied to the air duct 4 from the opening section 23.
