PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively provide a ventilation structure, which is arranged at an opening of a sound insulation structure covering both sides and an upper side of a travel path for vehicle, with both a ventilation function and a sound insulation function.SOLUTION: A ventilation structure arranged at an opening penetrating a sound insulation structure covering both sides and an upper side of a travel path for vehicle comprises a plurality of sound insulators 32 arranged in a plurality of stages in the penetration direction of the opening while zigzag air channels P1, P2 are formed on an orthogonal cross section orthogonal to the travel path, and corner parts 41, 43, 46, and 48, which face the air channels P1, P2 and are on outermost or innermost sides in the penetration direction, among corner parts of the plurality of sound insulators 32 are subjected to R processing or beveling processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
