Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct an anonymous communication path that can effectively be certified and verified with a small amount of calculation and communication.
SOLUTION: Two E1 Gamal cipher texts inputted to a switching device SW being each two-output and two-input unit substituting device forming a substitute network 10 are scrambled with random numbers, and are also subjected to random substitution, a Proof certifying for a verifier that the input- output of the switching device SW corresponds by zero knowledge certification is outputted without clarifying the random numbers and the random substitution, and a decoding device 20 uses a secret key and decodes a cipher text from the unit substituting device SW of the last stage and certifies the propriety of decoding by zero knowledge certification without clarifying the secret key. A verification terminal 200 verifies the certification of each unit substituting device and the certification of the decoding device 20.
