To provide a verification program, apparatus and method capable of surely verifying design of wiring for electrically connecting a test head body to a plurality of connection terminals to which the plurality of external terminals of an electronic component to be tested are connected.
The verification program causes a computer to realize the function of obtaining verification information about a group of connections, related to information about the plurality of connecting terminals and wherein the connections to which the plurality of connecting terminals should be electrically connected are classified on a predetermined basis; the function of obtaining design information about a group of connections to which the connections for the plurality of connecting terminals to be electrically connected belong, this information being related to the information about the plurality of connecting terminals; and the function of collating the verification information obtained with the design information.
