Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly discharge from above a rotary table, when metallic foreign matter is mixed in a raw material being a crushing object in a vertical type crusher having a conical type crushing roller.SOLUTION: A horizontal plane is formed up to a dam ring from a crushing roller rolling surface on a rotary table, and a discharge port of extending in the horizontal direction toward the outer peripheral direction of the rotary table is continuously formed on the horizontal plane. According to the present invention, metallic foreign matter on the rotary table moves while smoothly sliding or rolling on the horizontal plane, and is efficiently discharged to the outside of the rotary table from the discharge port by the above-mentioned constitution. When a flow passage control part is provided so as to cover an upper part of the discharge port, the metallic foreign matter is hardly blown up by gas of rising from below, and since the possibility of blowing up the metallic foreign matter again on the rotary table is reduced, efficient crushing becomes possible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
