Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which theoretical classification points are different between the upper and lower sides of a rotation-classifying blade when a casing shape of a classifying mechanism is partly a truncated cone shape whose diameter reduces from the lower side to the upper side, in a vertical crusher having a rotation classifying mechanism.SOLUTION: A rotation classifying blade is formed and divided into several blades in a vertical direction, and the inclination angle of the rotation classifying blade is inclined in the rotation direction of the rotation classifying blade toward the inner peripheral side from the outer peripheral side of a revolving orbit of the rotation classifying blade. The upper part and the lower part of the rotation classifying blade have different inclination angles, and the rotation classifying blade is formed in such a manner that the inclination angle of the upper part is larger than that of the lower part. The present invention can reduce effect on a gas stream velocity caused by reduction of the diameter of a classifying blade casing with use of the strength of revolving stream generated by the inclination angle of the rotation classifying blade, which allows the rotation classifying blade to be uniformly classified in the vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
