Abstract:
To provide a vertical grinder mill comprising a tension device capable of optionally controlling a roller pressure.SOLUTION: A vertical grinder mill 10 comprises two crushing rollers 13 driven via a raw material on the top face of a rotary table 12, and a tension device 20 in which a cylinder rod moves telescopically to a cylinder case in a horizontal direction by linking the arm 15 end parts of the crushing rollers 13. The tension device 20 is characterized by: defining one structure as a spring structure 24 having a spring 23 energizing in a direction in which the first cylinder rod 21 contracts; defining the other structure as a hydraulic cylinder structure 28 having a second cylinder rod 26; serially connecting the spring structure 24 and the first and second cylinder case 22, 27 sides of the structure 28; and comprising a hydraulic control part 30 controlling the roller pressure of the crushing roller 13 by making the second cylinder rod 26 of the structure 28 contract.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
