Title:
FILAMENT BODY INSPECTING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3118200
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly detect grains even when the grains are linearly attached to a filament body in plural directions.
SOLUTION: The light-intercepting parts 5, 6 are installed in such a manner that they detect the same detection point of a filament body from the directions perpendicular to each other, and respectively output the differential signals X, Y, when they detect the grain attached to the filament body. A discriminating circuit 13 discriminates that the grains are attached in the both X and Y directions of the filament body, when the differential signals X, Y are output from the light-intercepting parts 5, 6 with the different timings, and outputs a mask signal to the corresponding mask gates 14, 15 through the output period of the differential signal output from the light-intercepting part which outputs the later differential signal. The mask gates 14, 15 output the differential signals Xb, Yb corresponding to the input of the differential signals Xa, Ya through the shift resistors 14, 15, and stop the output of the differential signals Xb, Yb, when the mask signal from the discriminating circuit 13, is output. A computing unit 10 outputs a detecting signal Z corresponding to the input of the differential signals Xb, Yb.
