PURPOSE: To vertically move a delivery roller by composing a drive shaft with main shaft and sub-shaft, and interposing a spring clutch part, releasing linking between them when twisting is applied in an anti-twisting direction, between them.
CONSTITUTION: A supporting shaft 2a of a delivery roller 2 and a drive shaft 3 are shaft-supported with a rotation angle 1, and the drive shaft 3 is divided into main and sub-shafts 3A and 3B. A spring clutch part 12 is interposed between both the shafts 3A and 3B and is composed of a coil spring main body 13 and sleeves 14, 15, and 16. The sleeves 14 and 15 are linked so as to integrally rotate with the butt rotation of the main and the sub-shafts 3A and 3B, and also are internally engaged with the spring main body 13. The sleeve 16 is integrally formed in a paper-feeding roller 4. The normal rotation of the main drive shaft 3A causes the spring main body 13 to be twisted in a twisted direction to be tightened, the twisting is propagated to the sub-drive shaft 3B, and a rotation moment with the drive shaft 3 as a center is generated to rotate the rotation angle 1 with the drive shaft 3 as a center, raising the the delivery roller 2.
