Abstract:
To effectively suppress adhesion of raw material to an inner wall of a raw material feeding chute of a side chute type, in a vertical roller mill with the above-mentioned raw material feeding chute.SOLUTION: A vertical roller mill comprises: a rotary table; a plurality of crushing rollers arranged on an upper surface of the rotary table; and a raw material feeding chute which has a chute body extending along a chute axis line inclined from the perpendicular direction, a plurality of nozzles jetting pressurized water into the chute body, and water-supply pressurizing pump delivering the pressurized water to the plurality of nozzles, and which supplies the raw material to be crushed onto the rotary table. The plurality of nozzles are arranged in each of both sides in the width direction of the chute body. Each of the plurality of nozzles defines a nozzle axis line inclined downward from a horizontal line in the cross section of the chute body, and jets the pressurized water toward an inner wall of the chute body along the nozzle axis line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
