PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of dislocation of an interlining due to air pressure as the side effect of a flat press for thermally bonding the interlining to a cloth, a loss resulting from the loss of the interlining and labor related to the lift of the cloth after a bonding process via a heated upper iron board, a worker's danger, and a drop in product quality due to a cloth wrinkle and a mold deformation.

CONSTITUTION: A net 2 to be mounted on a press is formed out of heat resistant yarn, fine stainless steel wires, or the like extended on a frame sized to be larger and laid outside an upper iron board surface 6. Also, the net 2 is suspended from and fixed to an upper iron board with a cylinder, a chain, a link or the like, so as to form space of several centimeters with the surface 6. This space between the upper iron board surface 6 and the net 2 is interlocked with the vertical travel of an upper iron board due to a time difference thereby fixing a cloth 10 and a interlining to a lower iron board.
