Abstract:
To suppress laundry being entangled in a washing and dewatering tub.SOLUTION: A vertical type washing machine 1 includes: an outer tub 2; a washing and dewatering tub 3 rotatably provided in the outer tub 2 and for storing laundry; a water pumping passage 21 provided in the washing and dewatering tub 3, for pumping a washing liquid in the washing and dewatering tub 3 from a bottom part 12 of the washing and dewatering tub 3 and returning it to the washing and dewatering tub 3; a plurality of discharge ports 20a for discharging the washing liquid from the water pumping passage 21 to the washing and dewatering tub 3; a rotary vane 5 provided at the bottom part 12 of the washing and dewatering tub 3, and for moving the laundry in the washing and dewatering tub 3 by rotating; a water pumping vane 6 provided between a bottom wall of the washing and dewatering tub 3 and the rotary vane 5, and for delivering the washing liquid in the washing and dewatering tub 3 from the bottom part 12 of the washing and dewatering tub 3 to the water pumping passage 21 by rotating; a driving mechanism 30 capable of rotationally driving the washing and dewatering tub 3, the rotary vane 5 and the water pumping vane 6 independently; and a rotation drive control unit for controlling the driving mechanism 30. In a washing step and a rinsing step, a first operation for driving only the water pumping vane 6 and a second operation for driving only the rotary vane 5 are performed alternatively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
