Title:
VERY HIGHLY ELECTRIC POWER VACUUM ELECTRON TUBE WITH ANODE COOLED BY FORCED CIRCULATION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH07326292
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a high power electron tube by a method wherein plural conduits are bored in wall parts of a positive electrode formed by cylindrical sections, and cooling water is supplied and circulated uniformly to all conduits from an end of the positive electrode. CONSTITUTION: After linear conduits 340, 360 are bored by drilling in walls of cylindrical sections 120, 140, 160, 180, the sections are superimposed in an axial direction and brazed by silver plating. A conical block 540 is fitted on a closed disk plate 220, and furthermore a block 580 is fitted, so that a conical water pass 560 is formed. Cooling water enters from an opening 500 into the water pass 560, passes through the conduits 340, 360 and ascends up to a removal exit 520 by a jacket 380 from radial holes 440, 460. By this constitution, water in all conduits can be circulated at a high speed and uniform cooling can be maintained.
