Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an inspection vessel allowing synovial fluid to be easily measured.
CONSTITUTION: The viscosity of synovial fluid can be easily and quickly lowered with hyaluronidase at normal temperature, and synovial fluid inspection can efficiently be implemented by using a synovial fluid inspection vessel containing hyaluronidase and a stabilizing agent, for example, gelatin and saccharides therein. As a result, 2-procollagen-C-peptide can be measured with an automatic enzyme immunoassay device.
