PURPOSE: To stably fill up liquid in a fixed vessel in minute gravity environment by providing a gas vent hole at the corner of the hard vessel with a hydrophobic inner walls, an injection hole for liquid and a stopper at the center part of the vessel.
CONSTITUTION: In the vessel 1 for filling up the solution arranging the gas vent hole 2 at the corner of vessel 1 of hard material with the hydrophobic or reversely hydrophilic property, the inner wall 4 and the injection hole 3 for liquid and the stopper 5 at the central part thereof, is prepared. Successively, the solution supplied from the outer part by using a pump 9 is pushed out to center of the vessel 1 from an injection hole 3 in this vessel 1 or gas in the vessel 1 is sucked from the gas vent hole 2. By this method, the solution in an outer tank 8 is injected from the injection hole 3 in the vessel 1 and fills up this vessel 1.
