Abstract:
PURPOSE: To mass-produce a vessel for ricecake offering which is an elegant blow molding continuously extending a circular flange with a large diameter for welding a seal cover from the bottom face, as a unit.
CONSTITUTION: After a hollow half-finished product B provided with an upper stage small vessel 11, a lower stage large vesse 12, and a giveaway bag 18 with the largest diameter, has been blow-molded from a parison of a synthetic resin pipe to form a concentric circle in plane veiw as a whole, the upper flat face 18a of the giveaway bag 18 is used as an extended circular flange for welding of the seal cover and the residual part of the giveaway bag 18 is cut off. In this way, an opening 16 for pouring ricecake having a larger diameter than the diameter d1 of the large vessel is exposed at the bottom face of the large vessel 12.
