Abstract:
PURPOSE: To cope with various standard vessels by haunting each stopper member while matching with a vessel and changing a diameter of a rotary stopper, at the same time, positioning a rotary stopper to the most suitable position for a carrying conveyer and further adjusting a phase between the rotary stopper and a vessel receiving means.
CONSTITUTION: A rotary stopper 4 is composed of a rotary body 30 rotated by a drive shaft 11, plural stopper members 8 installed hauntably in the radiation direction of this rotary body 30 and engaged with each vessel and an advance/retreat mechanism 33 for advancing/retreating each stopper member 8. A swing member 19 is installed on an off-centered shaft pivoted to a frame 14 rotatably and the drive shaft 11 of the rotary stopper 4 is pivoted rotatably to this swing member 19 and also a swing mechanism 20 for reciprocating and rotating an off-centered shaft is interlocked with the off-centered shaft. Further, a differential mechanism for adjusting a phase between the rotary stopper 4 and a vessel receiving means is provided on a drive mechanism 41. Thereby, it can be coped with various standard vessels.
