Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6653500
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vestibular electrical stimulation device in which an acceleration sense in the vertical direction is perceived in a current value along a safety guideline.SOLUTION: A vestibular electrical stimulation device 1 includes electrodes 21 installed skins on left and right mastoids, electrodes 22 installed in the skin of the neck equivalent to the position right under left and right mastoids of 6 cm, and a circuit unit 4 for applying a bipolar reciprocation current signal between the electrodes 21, 22 in each left and right. The reciprocation current signal has a stimulus current signal with one side polarity and having a form of square wave of a pulse width 2 s (second), and a preliminary current signal continuously outputted before the output of the stimulus current signal and in the reverse polarity of the form of square wave of the pulse width 3 s.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
