PURPOSE: To provide a vibrating device for a panel which can apply a large vibrating force.

CONSTITUTION: A panel vibrator 20 is equipped with a vibrating plate 24, spacer 26, and a reaction force receiving member 28. The vibrating plate 24 consists of two plate-shaped piezoelectric members 30 and 31 and an electrode 32. Each piezoelectric member is formed so as to generate the force extending/contracting in the direction set along the surface when applied with a voltage, and the vibrating plate 24 is formed by attaching two piezoelectric members through the electrode interposed. The ring shaped spacer 26 is attached on the electrode 32 of the vibrating plate and the panel 22. The reaction force receiving member 28 is arranged, keeping an interval in the vibration direction from the vibrating plate 24, and attached on the vibrating plate at a projection part 35 at the center and attached on the panel by a leg part 36 on the outer periphery.
