Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate vibration transmitted to a base through a first supporting means and to avoid adverse effect to peripheral equipments due to vibration by using an intermediate base and giving vibration control force whose phase is opposite to the vibration of an excitation source which is transmitted to the base and whose size is the same. CONSTITUTION:The intermediate base 26 is provided between the base 9 and the excitation source 1 and the first supporting means 6 and 7 and second supporting means 8 and 11 hold respective intervals. A first acceleration sensor 3 is fixed to the excitation source 1, a second acceleration sensor 10 to the intermediate base 26 and an actuator 5 is, furthermore, fixed to the intermediate base 26. A damping controller 4 operates by receiving the signals of the two acceleration sensors 3 and 10 and the signal X of a displacement sensor in the actuator 5 and generates vibration by supplying currents I1 and I2 to the two electromagnets in the actuator 5. Since the gain and the phase of vibration are simultaneously controlled and integral action can be utilized, the vibration of the intermediate base 26 becomes zero and vibration transmitted from the excitation source 1 to the base becomes zero.
