Abstract:
To provide an oscillation application method that prevents the cradle that supports the vibrator that applies oscillation to a container for bulk material from being damaged and deteriorated.SOLUTION: The method includes in the following sequence: a first movement process that moves the vibrator from the standby position to the operation position by the carrier machine; an adsorption process that attracts the vibrator to the outer face of the container by activating the attaching and detaching means; an engagement release process that releases the engagement between the vibrator and the carrier machine; an oscillation process that operates the vibrator and applies the oscillation to the container; an engaging process that engages the vibrator and the carrier machine; an adsorption release process that stops the attachment and detachment means and releases the adsorption between the vibrator and the outer face of the container; and a second movement process that moves the vibrator from the operation position to the standby position by the carrier machine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
