A variable conversion part 40, an optimum pole arrangement operation part 50A, and a resonance pole estimation part 70 determine control parameters of a feedforward(FF) control operation part 14 and a feedback(FB) control operation part 16 so that a resonance pole is canceled by the coordinates of the zero point of a z-coordinate system of a control system to cancel resonance characteristics generated by spring characteristics.
