PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device that can be easily mounted on and removed from fuel racks.SOLUTION: A vibration control device 1 is provided by the insertion and fixing of a long rod shaped member in a crisscross gap formed by mutually adjacent four fuel racks 10 among a plurality of fuel racks 10 mutually provided with predetermined gaps in a spent fuel pool 11.
