To provide a vibration control device unit that does not transfer vibration of a weaving machine to a supporting floor and stabilizes the operation of the weaving machine and the weaving machine equipped with the same.
The vibration control device for a weaving machine is a vibration control device unit, which is attached to the lower part of the weaving machine, has an upper plate 1-1 with downward vertical planes 1-2 and 1-2 at the edges, a lower side plate 2 arranged on the supporting floor. The upper plate is resiliently connected to the lower side plate by metal springs 3 and viscoelastic bodies 6 are fastened between the vertical planes 4-1 of a fixing plate fixed to fixing bases 5 standing from the lower side plate 2 and the vertical planes 1-2 of the upper plate. The operation is facilitated since the device is compacted, a vibration-proof frame, etc., are not used and the device is directly attached to the weaving machine. The installation space is reduced by unitization of the device and the position of the center of gravity of the whole device directly influencing the shaking of the machine is lowered. Consequently, the main body of the weaving machine is expected to reduce shaking, operation of the main body of the weaving machine is stabilized and the environment of an operator is improved.
