To provide a vibration control device materialized by a small vibration damping means, arranged in a small space, and capable of effectively using a space under a seat.
This vibration control device 1 is provided with: a setting section F; a load supporting section 10 supporting a load; a counterbalance section 30 coupled to the load supporting section 10 and applying loading equilibrated with the load; and a vibration control section 20 having the vibration damping means 21 controlling vibration with respect to the setting section F for the load supporting section 10. The counterbalance section 30 has a second moving means 32 relatively moving with respect to the load supporting section 10, a torsion spring 35 arranged between the second moving means 32 and the setting section F, and an adjusting means 34 adjusting the mounting angle of the torsion spring 35. The vibration damping means 21 is displaced in the moving direction of the second moving means 32.
