In the vibration control device 1 provided with a load support part 10, a counter balance 30, and a vibration control part 20, the load support part 10 includes first motion guide means 11, 12 arranged between an installation part F and the load support part 10 and each regulating the motion of the load support part 10 in a vertical direction, a counter balance 30 is provided with second motion guide means 31, 32 relatively moving the counter balance 30 and the load support part 10, one end 33a is pivotally supported by the installation part F, the other end 33b is pivotally joined to the load support part 10 via the second motion guide means 31, 32, and a connection part 33c between one end 33a and the other end 33b is joined to an energizing means 35 generating an energizing force in accordance with a load.
