Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control mount which can be compatible the reduction of a vibration noise with the improvement of a steering stability.
SOLUTION: A rubber pad body 3 is joined and arranged between an inner cylinder metal fitting 1 and an outer cylinder metal fitting 2 arranged concentrically and an annular stopper rubber 31 extended from the lower end of the rubber pad body 3 is formed on the surface of a flange 21 formed on the lower end of the outer cylinder metal fitting 2 and contacted to the periphery edge of the stopper plate 4 fixed on the inner cylinder metal fitting 1. A spacer rubber 6 generating a compressed reaction is arranged to the annular space 61 surrounded by the lower end of the rubber pad body 3 and stopper rubber 31 and the stopper plate 4 for the slant relative displacement of the inner cylinder metal fitting 1 and outer cylinder metal fitting 2 and improves a steering stability by reducing the vibration by a friction attenuation for the vibration noise and raising the upward spring constant for the slant input of a big load.
