Title:
VIBRATION CONTROL RUBBER BUSHING FOR ROLLING STOCK SHAFT BEAM DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3170641
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce machining hours, number of part items and man hours for assembly and improve the durability of the whole of a rolling stock shaft beam device by securing a specified vibration control function for a long time.
SOLUTION: A projection 14, which is projected in a radial direction by burring a part of the external cylinder 11 covering all over the external periphery of the cylindrical rubber elastic body 10, a vibration control rubber bushing, which is fittedly fixed to the cylindrical housing section 4 continuously arranged at the end section of a shaft beam 3 and the center shaft 7 of which is unrotatably fixed to a truck frame 8, is formed. The relative slide between the cylindrical rubber elastic body 10 and the cylindrical housing section 4 when the shaft beam 3 rotates around the center shaft 7 is prevented by engaging this projection 14 in the recessed section 13 formed on the internal wall of the cylindrical housing 4.
