Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonlinear machine controller of simple constitution which suppresses the influence of input vibration and has the large degree of freedom of control. SOLUTION: This controller supplies vibration detected by a vibration pickup to a 1st membership function setting means 241 where a 1st membership function is set. Further, the residual error signal generated by a residual error signal generating means according to the vibration detected by the vibration pickup is supplied to a 2nd membership function setting means 243 where a 2nd membership function is set, an inference part 244 infers output vibration from the output of the 1st membership function setting means 241 and the output of the 2nd membership function setting means 243, and an actuator 170 is driven according to the inference result to suppress the vibration of a flat plate 110.
