To provide a function for vibration damping with a simple structure.
A vibration damping spring element 1 is composed of a leaf spring 2 having a bent area 4 and a pair of lever areas 5 extending from both ends of the area 4, and a elastic body 3 deployed inside the leaf spring 2, which makes elastic deformation when the lever areas 5 deforms in the direction that they get close each other. When external force works in the direction that the lever areas 5 get close each other, the elastic body 3 makes elastic deformation, then in the elastic body 5 internal friction occurs. Here, by simple spring elements composed of the leaf spring 2 and the elastic body 3 a conventional elastic member and resistance generating mechanism are realized, thereby a high performance can be obtained with a compact structure.
