Abstract:

To provide a vibration detecting device capable of vibration detection of high accuracy.

A first coil 36 is wound around a first magnet 37, and moreover changes its position according to the displacement of a diaphragm 34 via a first uniting member 35. A second coil 39 is wound around a second magnet 38, and moreover is united to a uniting rod 41 via a second uniting member 40. An optical filter film 32 rotates with the uniting rod 41, and according to its rotation angle the length of an optical transmission path on the occasion of emitting to a collimator lens 44 a light signal impinged from a collimator lens 43 changes. According to displacement of acoustic wave vibration received from outside, power is generated in the first coil 36, and based on the power generated in the first coil 36 a uniting rod 42 vibrates right and left by an electromagnetic force generated between the second magnet 38 and the second coil 39. According to the displacement of this uniting rod 42 the filter film 32 is rotated, the optical transmission path changes and consequently the wavelength of a second light signal converted from the first light signal changes.
