Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent false signal generation from a vibration sensor for converting strain into an electric signal.
SOLUTION: This device has a vibration sensor 11 for converting strain into an electric signal, and an insulating inclusion 24 interposed between a temperature-variable external wall surface 25 of equipment forming a heat exchange system and the vibration sensor 11. The insulating inclusion 24 interrupts effectively conduction of the heat transmitted from the temperature- variable external wall surface 25 to the vibration sensor 11, and prevents effectively the vibration sensor 11 from generating an abnormal signal based on the thermal strain. It is definitely estimated that the abnormal signal is generated when the temperature fall between the heat-receiving surface of the vibration sensor and the surface on the opposite side is large, therefore, it is definitely estimated that generation of the abnormal signal can be surely avoided by lowering relatively the temperature of the vibration-receiving surface of the vibration sensor relative to the ambient temperature.
