To provide a vibration device and an electronic apparatus that use an out-of-plane bending vibration type vibrating body capable of preventing vibration leakage and improving a Q value.
A vibrating body 2 used in the vibration device has: a base portion 27 extended in an X axis direction; three vibrating arms 28, 29, 30 extended from the base portion 27 in a Y axis direction perpendicular to the X axis direction, juxtaposed in the X axis direction, and adapted for bending vibration in a Z axis direction perpendicular to the X axis direction and the Y axis direction; a support portion 25 disposed opposite to the vibrating arms 28, 29, 30 with respect to the base portion 27; and a coupling portion 26 coupling the support portion 25 to the base portion 27. An end of the coupling portion 26 toward the base portion 27 is connected to a portion corresponding to a position of the base portion 27 where the vibrating arms 28, 29, 30 do not exist on the X axis.
