Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably detect the vibration of a bearing supporting a rotating shaft installed in a conveyer roller or the like with an inexpensive device to diagnose the presence of abnormality.
SOLUTION: This vibration diagnostic device for a bearing is composed of a vibration detecting device for detecting the vibration of the bearing an arithmetical unit for computing detected data as an input signal; a display device for displaying the vibrating state of the bearing based on the output signal; a dynamo for generating power by using rotation of the rotating shaft as a power source; and a power transmission device for transmitting the rotation of the rotating shaft. The power generated is supplied to at least the arithmetical unit and the display device.
