Title:
VIBRATION INSULATING DEVICE FOR LOOM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2939101
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the vibration insulating device designed to inhibit the transfer of the vibration of a loom frame to its supporting bed.
CONSTITUTION: The vibration insulating device is so designed that high-damping rubber pieces 4 are set together with coil springs 2 and air springs 3 at the four corners of the lower parts of a vibration insulating frame to set up a loom on. The use of the coil springs with a small spring constant and the high- damping rubber pieces results in the reduction of the load on the air springs and the reduction in the natural frequency of the vibration insulating device. Therefore, this device does not need any auxiliary tank or large-capacity air spring, makes it possible to lower its height, enables to work without housing it into a pit, etc., and can be constituted at a lower cost with a good operability as a whole.
