A rubber like elastic body 6 provided between an inner cylinder 4 and an outer cylinder 5 is extended up to the vicinity of an end part of the inner cylinder 4 longer than the outer cylinder 5, a side stopper 3 is fitted in an extended part 6a, and a recessed and projecting part 7 having minute height is formed by crimping on an outer peripheral face of the extended part 6a. Consequently, an inner peripheral face of a fitting hole 8 of the side stopper 3 is brought into pressure-contact with the recessed and projecting part 7 of the extended part 6a by a pressure-contact force differing partially to prevent the side stopper from coming off and dropping from a bush main body.
