Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve a gear strength and a vibration isolation effect, in a vibration isolation alloy gear to suppress the generation of vibration and noise.
CONSTITUTION: Two kinds of vibration isolation alloys 1 and 2 are applied on a gear and by pressing other kind of a vibration isolation alloy 2 in a portion between a tooth part and an inner peripheral part, a variation isolation effect is improved and heat treatment is applied on the whole of a gear and the surface of a tooth part.
