Abstract:
To provide a vibration isolation device, by which horizontal rigidity is lowered extremely while preventing the generation of buckling and which can be manufactured simply without extreme scaling-up.
A laminated rubber unit 23 has a plurality of iron plate pieces 29 in a vertically stratified shape. A plurality of rubber board pieces 30 are installed among the vertically adjacent iron plate pieces 29, 29 respectively in a shape that these each rubber board piece 30 is held directly by the iron plate pieces 29, 29 and in a shape that a plurality of the rubber board pieces 30 are connected mutually in the horizontal direction through these iron plate pieces 29, 29.
