This vibration part feeder comprises a vertical direction excitation source having a first electromagnetic coil; a horizontal direction excitation source; and a bowl 2 to form a spiral track on an inner peripheral wall and feed parts with the parts fed in an orderly arranged state by a well-ordered part conveying means arranged on the track or in the vicinity of the track. This vibration part feeder is constituted such that a phase difference is provided between vibration displacement in a horizontal direction and vibration displacement in a vertical direction of the bowl 2 and the bowl 2 is caused to effect oval vibration. In this case, a phase regulating means is connected to a first or second electromagnetic coil, inclination of a long axis in oval vibration is changed through regulation by a phase regulating means. When a conveyance jam of parts in the bowl is detected, inclination of the long axis of oval vibration is varied for a given time so that the conveyance direction of parts is reversed through regulation of the phase by a phase regulation means. After a lapse of a given time, the phase regulation means is returned to an original position again.
