Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the maintenance and the inspection performance by constituting an optical vibration preventing device mounted on the upper side of a press frame with plural units consisting of a vibration intercepting device and a positioning means thereby simplifying its structure.
SOLUTION: This vibration preventing unit 19A is provided with an air spring 23 together with an air cylinder 25 between a press frame 9 of a vibration source and an optical base 21, and a positioning means having V-shaped engaging block 31 A, B, the cylinder 23 of the air cylinder 25 is connected to the frame 9 and a piston rod 27 is connected to the optical base 21. In the time of punching, a port A of the air cylinder 25 is opened, an air spring 23 is sprung and the optical base 21 is raised. Therefore, the engagement of the positioning means 29 is released and the optical base 21 is made in a state being supported with the frame 9 through the air spring 23. Thus, the vibration following to punching is absorbed with the air spring 23 to prevent and intercept the transfer of vibration to an optical system.
