This controller is provided with vibration detection means 19a and 19b detecting vibration, and offset signal removing means 116a to 116h arithmetically calculating the offset signal component for a specified period based on the vibration detection signal from the means 19a and 19b and removing the offset signal superposed on the vibration detection signal by subtracting the arithmetically calculated value from the vibration detection signal; and the means 19a and 19b and the means 116a to 116h are constituted in the same unit 21, which is provided with an input terminal 116i in which the signal for controlling the specified period is inputted from the outside of the vibration- proof controller constituting the unit.
