PURPOSE: To enable photographing without image blurring even if a camera main body or a lens barrel is not firmly fixed to a supporting means at every photographing.

CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a supporting means for supporting the camera main body 144 or the lens barrel 16, a relative position detecting means 19 for detecting a relative position with the camera main body or the lens barrel, which is supported by the supporting means, and a driving means 152p to relatively displace a correcting optical means 17 based on the output of the relative position detecting means with respect to the lens barrel.
